Russia Banned American Adoption Agencies (not related to recent dead child)

There is another Russian adoptee from this agency that died. His name is Logan Higgenbottem. You can read the information on the Daily Bastardette. There have been two deaths of Russian children from this agency.

Of course, you probably know this too. They are heavy into Nepotism in their agencies which span over several states. They are very corrupt from what I hear.

I knew there was another case... but I didn't know the child. I think the child died a couple of years ago ??? I will go do some reading.
