Guestblogger Orenge is a parent who has a son living in state foster care. She is lashing out at a foster care blogger because she has no one else who will listen to her. She feels that both she and her son have been abused by foster care and that DHS doesn’t look into complaints against foster parents. She is a birth mother who hates foster care. I do not personally agree with her perspective, nor do I know if her allegations are true. However, you know that the policy of “Adoption Under One Roof,” aka. “Ouradopt,” is “Covering adoption from every angle, every view, for everyone.” Therefore, I felt compelled to share her point of view with our readers. – Fostermommy.

Ok I don’t know where to start. My son is in foster care, cause of the bad choices I have made, but I am fixing it. But I don’t like some of the foster cares he has been in because they have sexually abused him. Let me tell you I want to kill the one who done it. All foster cares are not all that great. They are more nasty, dirty, and unhealthy than the homes that the children belong in. Department of human service don’t do nothing about it, just lets it go on by their eyes. But if my home or if he had makers on him from me, he will get took. Foster cares don’t care. They are in it for the money.

Some say they care about the kids but hell, most of them don’t. The one my son was in, every week we would go see him, it looked like he did not have a bath in a week, or had not had his clothes changed in a week. I am sorry but I don’t like some FOSTER CARE PARENTS. THEY ARE AS*H@$#& AND UNFIT. I THINK, why can they get away with it? The ones like us can’t. Tell me that, answer me that one........so f&$# you foster care parents.
